Monday

Sisters In Action: An accountability group to set goals and follow them up with support from the community.

Ramadan Readiness: A special 6-week group that will continue for the duration of Ramadan. Whether it is your first Ramadan or not, or your first Ramadan with KLC, come discuss the important elements of this blessed month.

Tuesday

Tafseer With Maryam: Delve deeper into the meanings and context of the Qur’an in this enriching Tafsir class with Ustadha Mariam. This session provides scholarly insights, linguistic gems, and historical background to help you understand the Qur’an as it was revealed. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your faith, enhance your relationship with the Qur’an, or seek clarity on specific verses, this class will offer a structured and engaging way to approach tafsir with practical takeaways for your daily life.

Chai Chats With Jenny: Chai Chats is a weekly meeting aimed at fostering a sense of sisterhood and Islamic identity. Each week Jenny will pose a question to the group to be discussed and reflected on. So come ready to share, with cameras on and a cup of chai or coffee in hand.

Serrah With Ustadha Nadia: Discover the timeless wisdom and incredible life lessons from the Seerah of the Prophet in this inspiring class with Ustadha Nadia. Through engaging storytelling and deep reflections, we will journey through the life, struggles, and triumphs of the Prophet Muhammad, uncovering how his example can guide us in our personal and spiritual lives today. This is more than just a history class—it’s a chance to truly connect with the Messenger of Allah and bring his Sunnah into our hearts and homes.

Thursday

Reviewing the 99 Names and Attributes of Allah: This live session will run for 3 months and finish at the end of Ramadan. Each week Jenny will select a couple of the beautiful names of Allah to discuss with the group and how we can use them to draw closer to Allah and improve our dua.

Chai Chats With Aisha: An informal meetup for sisters to connect, reflect, and grow closer to Allah. Through open discussions on topics like Allah’s mercy, gratitude, and His creation, we’ll share experiences, inspire personal growth, and strengthen our bond as we remember Allah together in a supportive space.

Quran Reflections: Join Ustadha Nadia for a heartfelt Qur'an Reflections session where we explore the wisdom of the Qur'an in a way that deeply connects to our daily lives. This session is not about complex tafsir-it's about personal reflection, spiritual growth, and finding meaning in Allah's words. Together, we will pause, ponder, and apply the Qur'an's teachings to our hearts, nurturing our connection with Allah through guided contemplation and group discussion.

Sisters Hang Out (English Practice): A relaxed space to practise English, build confidence, and connect with other sisters. B2-level vocabulary words you might not know are given each week as well as conversation starter questions to make it easy to chat!

Sunday

Ayat by Ayat:Every Sunday at 5 PM, we’ll come together to reflect deeply on just one ayah from the Qur’an. Each session, Aisha will choose an ayah beforehand, for the group to explore its meanings, wisdom, and how it applies to our lives. This is a space for reflection, discussion, and connection—one ayah at a time. Let’s build a deeper relationship with the Qur’an together.

Arabic for Beginners: This class is designed for sisters who want to understand the Qur’an in its original language. You’ll learn key vocabulary and essential grammar rules to help you recognize words and structures directly from the Qur’an. Step by step, we’ll build your confidence in reading and understanding the meanings of the Qur’an—no prior Arabic knowledge needed!
